You are invited to a training workshop for small group leaders from around the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
Adult, lay-led small groups are helping to renew our parishes and awaken more hearts to follow Jesus together! Whether you are a new leader, a leader-in-training, or a veteran leader wanting to brush up on skills and best practices, this workshop will offer you inspiration and training.
Thursday January 16, 2020
• 6:30pm Connect with small group leaders from around the Archdiocese over a light meal and beverages
• 7:00pm Choose your Skills Training Breakout Session:
OPTION #1 | Basic Training - not just for beginners! Hone your facilitation skills, learn how to respond to challenging small group situations, and explore ways to make your small group a community which helps people fall in love with Christ and His Church.
OPTION #2 | Deepening Skills Training - all new content for returning leaders! Be equipped to take your small group to the next level. This interactive workshop brings experienced leaders together to work through how to best guide your group members through common challenges to deeper lived discipleship
• 8:30pm Return to the large group to explore and experience one way to help your small group to pray together
There is no cost for participants, but please RSVP so that we can prepare enough food and materials. Paid for through the generous support of the Catholic Stewardship Appeal. (Dress is casual)
If you are striving to build a culture of discipleship through adult small groups, come connect, be encouraged, learn, practice and pray together.
Walk-ins are welcome. However, so that we can prepare enough food and materials, please RSVP as soon as possible via the form below. Thank you!
